The SGD-IV fully automatic fermentation residual sugar analyzer is an improved model of the SGD-III, offering greater accuracy, stability, and faster measurement compared to the III model. The measurement principle remains unchanged, still based on the Fehling reagent design, consistent with current national standards. The IV model builds upon the III model, providing advantages more conducive to real-time and rapid production measurements, including:
(1) Automatic bubble exhaust for reagent and titration pumps, making operation more convenient.
(2) Optimized design with precision components for higher accuracy.
(3) Measurement time reduced to within 3 minutes, enabling faster analysis.
(4) Strong anti-interference capability; unaffected by sample color and turbidity, suitable for detecting residual sugar in samples such as fermentation broth, saccharified liquid, and extracts.
